Patty Keenan, Principal, Executive Coach & Consultant
Patty is a certified executive coach with 18 years of business experience working with CEO’s and other Senior Executives as an executive coach, as well as during her extensive cross-functional GE career. She has been a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation since 2006. Patty has extensive training in the Covey Leadership Center's Seven Habits, Filson's Action Leadership and GE's Change Acceleration Process and Six Sigma Business Process Improvements, and is certified in the Leadership Agility 360 instrument, as well as ChangeWorks' ChangeGrid assessment. Her resume includes a very successful 12-year career at GE, where she started as a college intern and migrated into various sales, marketing and management positions to become Director of Marketing, with stints at six different locations in the US. She worked directly with former CEO Jack Welch and current CEO Jeff Immelt, and earned GE's Global Team Leadership Award as an Industry Manager, Region MVP Awards in both Sales and Field Marketing, and the Leslie Mion Award for spirit, energy and sense of service to others.
She works in partnership with her clients as they grow in their leadership agility, and focuses on the three most important things leaders do: engage in pivotal conversations, lead teams, and lead sustainable organizational change. She believes that leadership agility is the master competency needed to lead a global organization today. Patty works at the most senior levels in the engineering, construction, consulting, insurance, health management and mortgage industries, as well as in education and government agencies.

Partnership Coaching President Rebecca Bradley has 21 years of executive coaching, leadership and team development, and coaching skills training experience. Rebecca has successfully applied her proprietary partnership coaching® model to grow individual and organizational capacity in government and industry sectors of the global economy, with multi-year programs at clients that include Xerox, The Coca Cola Company and the Veteran's Health Administration.
Community Involvement
We have a strong belief in community involvement. Patty Keenan provides pro-bono coaching to her local elementary school principal and staff members, and co-chairs the school's International Outreach committee as part of her work with the PTA. She is also on staff at the Women's Leadership Exchange, and is an active member of the International Coach Federation and Georgia Coaches Association, and has co-chaired the nominations committee for their annual PRISM Award and Conference. She is passionately involved as a sponsor in Women for Women International, a non-profit organization that mobilizes women in war-torn countries to change their lives by addressing the unique needs of women in conflict and post-conflict environments.
